Who we are & why we exist
New Life With God — About Us: We are a church and ministry committed to sharing the gospel, providing pastoral care, and serving the poor and helpless in our community. Our mission is simple: to help people discover new life in Christ through worship, compassionate service, Bible teaching, and practical discipleship. In everything we do — from devotional resources to community outreach — we aim to live out biblical love and practical faith.
“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18 (NIV)
Our Mission, Vision & Core Values
Mission
Our mission is to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ, disciple followers, and provide tangible help to the needy. We combine biblical teaching with compassionate action so faith becomes visible in everyday life.
Vision
We envision vibrant communities where faith brings healing, purpose, and hope. Our vision focuses on transformed lives, stronger families, and communities that reflect Christ’s love through generosity and service.
Core Values
- Scriptural Authority: We follow the Bible as our guide for faith and practice.
- Compassion: We serve the poor and marginalized with dignity.
- Discipleship: We invest in long-term spiritual growth, not quick fixes.
- Integrity: Financial and operational transparency in all ministries.
- Community: We build small groups, support networks, and outreach teams.
Our Story — Humble Beginnings to Growing Community
New Life With God began as a small prayer meeting in a modest home. A handful of families gathered to read Scripture, pray, and encourage one another. Over time, neighbors joined, stories of change spread, and the simple acts of love—feeding a hungry family, visiting a sick neighbor, helping a child with school supplies—became the heartbeat of our ministry.
From those early conversations, the church formed its first outreach program: a weekend food ministry that served 20 households. As needs grew, so did our response. The pastoral team learned to balance preaching with practical care—ensuring that sermons led to action. Today, our ministries include weekly worship, small groups, discipleship classes, a food program, and community health campaigns.
Along the way, we learned three lessons that shaped our approach: 1) Faith that is not practiced quickly fades; 2) Serving builds trust in the community; 3) Small, consistent acts of kindness are more sustainable than dramatic, one-off projects. Those lessons keep us focused on long-term change rather than short-term applause.
Stories of Change
Rina’s story: When Rina first came to our prayer meeting she was exhausted from working two jobs and caring for three children. She felt alone and overwhelmed. Through a small group, she found emotional support, learned budgeting basics, and received childcare help while she trained for a better job. Today she volunteers at our weekend feeding program and shares her testimony each month.
Pastor’s family support: In seasons of hardship, our community has rallied to support pastors and church staff—helping with medical bills, household repairs, and emergency needs. This mutual care models the Biblical command to care for those who shepherd the flock (Galatians 6:6).

Impact & Testimonies — Real People, Real Change
Over the years, thousands have been touched by our services. These stories are a glimpse into how sustained care changes lives:
Case Study: Home Repair & Hope
When heavy rains damaged dozens of homes, our outreach team coordinated repair crews, local donations, and temporary shelter. More than fixing roofs, volunteers created relationships that led to counseling, job referrals, and long-term mentoring.
Case Study: Skills Training & Employment
Partnering with a vocational school, we launched a six-month training that prepared young adults for stable jobs. Graduates report better incomes, restored dignity, and healthier families.
Voices from the Community
“They didn’t just hand us a meal; they asked how we were doing, came back, and listened.” — A beneficiary.
